Homogeneity and perfect moisture content are two end results of production using the Chillon single-shaft mixer.
Homogeneous mixing
The particular shape of the mixing helixes and the angle at which they are set enables you to obtain a perfectly homogeneous end product. Each of the two broad helical blades performs rotations carefully designed to allow them each to move more than 70% of the material.
Electronic moisture control
Only Chillon single-shaft mixers enable you to obtain precise control of the moisture content of the mix. The moisture adjustment system (using measurement by microwave sensor) compensates and corrects the water dosage, giving you perfect control over the raw materials making up the mix.

Our mixer is recommended for the production of concrete for products of all types, for example:
- Vibrocompressed concrete blocks
- Vibrated pipes and reinforced pipes
- Tanks, sumps, covers, drains, drain covers and sealing covers
- Road fittings: kerbs, ramps, revetments, traffic barriers, plinths, connectors, manholes, parking deterrents etc.
